Allowable Activities At Offshore Marine Centre (OMC) 14-Aug-2015

 

Singapore Customs has issued a notice regarding the various activites that can be carried out at the Offshore Marine Centre (OMC) which had commenced operation since 12 July 2012.
 
Amongst the updated list of activities allowable via the terminal are:
 
a) import, export and transhipment for re-export of cargo relating to oil and gas, offshore and marine industries;
b) export and transhipment for re-export of sea-stores;
c) temporary import of such non-dutiable oil-drilling materials and equipment for repair locally; and
d) temporary export of such non-dutiable oil-drilling materials and equipment for rental or overseas assignments.
