With effect on 1 January 2020, compulsory pilotage will be required for vessels (dry cargo/passenger vessels over 3000 GT, tankers over 1000 GT) transiting east of Hong Kong waters to and from the area of Yantian Container Terminals and Dapeng LNG Terminals. New pilot stations and channel have been established which is shown on the above map (B.A. Chart number: 4128)
