Ben Line Agencies Indonesia maintain regular “Port and Depot Visits” as part of our Induction program, and also as refresher for existing staff. The site visits to Port and Depot allow the team to directly observe and understand the workflow and activities at seaport that are integral to our business, and their role in delivering excellent service to our customers.
